This policy describes how personal data of site visitors is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

2. What data is processed

Cookies (small text files that a site stores in your browser), IP address, browser and device information.

Information about actions on the site collected by Yandex Metrica. Metrica is enabled only after your consent.

Technical hosting logs: request address, time, IP address and browser type.

3. Purposes of processing

Ensuring the operation and security of the site.

Obtaining visit statistics in order to improve the site.

4. Legal grounds

Consent of the data subject (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ) for cookies and Yandex Metrica.

For technical hosting logs: processing is necessary to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the operator, namely ensuring the operation and security of the site (clause 7, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

5. Processor and place of storage

Statistics are collected and processed on behalf of the operator by Yandex LLC (the Yandex Metrica service). Data is stored in the territory of the Russian Federation. Webvisor (recording of visitor actions on the page) is turned off.

Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.

6. Retention periods

Your choice in the cookie notice is stored in your browser (localStorage) for 12 months, after which the notice appears again.

Yandex Metrica data is stored under the rules of that service.

Technical hosting logs are stored for no more than 30 days.

7. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to obtain information about your data and its processing, to demand that it be corrected, blocked or destroyed, and to withdraw consent.

If you believe the processing violates the law, you may file a complaint with Roskomnadzor (the authority protecting the rights of data subjects) or with a court.

8. How to withdraw consent

Click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the site and choose "Necessary only". Metrica will be disabled.

You can also write to TODO_hello@magookah.online. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it is received.
