Consent to personal data processing

1. Who gives consent and to whom

Consent is given by the site visitor by clicking "Accept" in the cookie notice, of their own free will and in their own interest.

Consent is given to the operator: sole proprietor TODO_Full Name, INN TODO_INN, OGRNIP TODO_OGRNIP.

2. What data

Cookies, IP address, browser and device information, data about actions on the site collected by Yandex Metrica.

3. Purposes

Obtaining site visit statistics and improving how the site works.

4. Actions with data

Collection, recording, storage, transfer to the processor Yandex LLC (the Yandex Metrica service), deletion. Automated processing without decisions that produce legal consequences.

5. Term

Consent is valid for 12 months from the moment it is given or until it is withdrawn, whichever comes first.

The consent mark is stored in your browser (localStorage) for 12 months; after that the cookie notice appears again.

6. How to withdraw

Consent can be withdrawn at any time: through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site or by an email to TODO_hello@magookah.online.
